Community bands together to celebrate library wedding

After winning a contest earlier this year, Arlington, Virginia, residents Katie Lettie and Vincent Bauer tied the knot at a wedding at the Arlington Public Library, with members of the community contributing to the special occasion. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson has the story.
